Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after purchase.


Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, processing times may be longer. If this happens, we will notify you by email.

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be contacted before your order is processed.

 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.

 Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier pricing. We do not mark up shipping fees.

Free shipping may be offered during promotions or when minimum purchase amounts are met. Details will be shown at checkout if applicable.

Order Tracking
​

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
​

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delayed by the carrier

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout

  • Customs or postal service delays

 

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist.

Returns & Exchanges

If your order is eligible for a return or exchange, return shipping instructions will be provided. Return shipping may be at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated.
